MHD8DS receiving radio accessory 8CH for MHD8X - V.2.9

From March 2023, MHD8X radios will be delivered with a new V.2.9.1 program version. With this latest version, you can change the operating frequency of the 2.4 GHz by manipulating the SW4 switch on the top right-hand side of the transmitter.

By moving the SW4 switch up and down 5 or 6 times, with the receiver powered up and the transmitter switched on, you change the frequency, with the "FR" LED in the center right changing color.

Originally, this diode is blue to pair the receiver supplied with the transmiter, so you don't have to move the SW4 switch to pair your receiver.

On the other hand, if you want to pair any other receiver than the original one, you'll need to perform the same operation, with the "RF" LED turning green to pair other receiver references.

Z01028 and Z01028B receivers are compatible with radio control version V.2.9.1 by changing the frequency.

Your radio's version is visible on the display when you switch on your transmitter.

Previous version: V.2.9.

This Z01028 reference corresponds to a receiver compatible with the latest V.2.9.1 version by changing the frequency, and is compatible with the V.2.9. version of the MHD8X.


The older V.2.9 version of the MHD8X is not affected by this possibility of changing the frequency.

It is therefore essential to have an older generation receiver (Z01028 and Z01028B) to work with your old MHD8X.
