FISHING SURFER WARNING
Please note that Fishing Surfers are often used in salt water for deep sea fishing. Salt water damages metal parts very easily if you do not use fresh water to rinse the parts after each trip. sea fishing.
It is therefore imperative after each outing in salt water, even if it is only for a few minutes, to rinse all the exterior parts of the hull with clear water, in particular the propellers, propeller shafts and bearings, and the entire hull.
It is also imperative to open the deck hatch and check whether or not the parts in the hold, including the engines, have been in contact with salt water. In this case, it is imperative to evacuate the salt water that has penetrated the hull, to remove the excess salt with a cloth moistened with clean water and then to dry all the parts that have been in contact with the salt in order to prevent corrosion or deterioration of parts.
