French EBR-10 Wheeled Reconnaissance Vehicle. Model composed of more than 330 pieces with cutting photo. Multidirectional swivel turret. Rubber tires with very fine details. Dimensions of the model: 207.5 mm x 69.5 mm.\nDesigned in 1951 by Panhard, the EBR adopts an original configuration: the ability to circulate in both directions thanks to a front / rear symmetrical arrangement, and the presence of two driving stations. The armored body is also mounted on eight motor wheels, including four fully metallic interior wheels which can get up for driving on the road, allowing it to reach a speed of 100 km/h.\nThis offensive recognition machine is equipped with a turret armed with a 75 mm barrel in the first version. The 1954 version improves armament with the presence of an extended 75 mm barrel, allowing an initial speed of 1,000 m/s. Finally, the 1963 version further strengthens fire power, with a 90 mm barrel.\nIn 1970, the EBR has a 90 mm long cannon. Its maximum speed (in both directions) can reach 120 km/h on the road (metallic wheels raised). The pilots (front and inverter) could not have a size greater than 1.70 m. They entered the steering wheel by hand and screwed it up once installed in the driving seat. Between their legs, under the steering wheel, they each had a 7.5 mm machine gun. The EBR was used during the Algerian War. Photos of the prototype.
